Hi
I got H1B in 2008 quota.
It is not stamped on my passport yet.
I had 8 yrs of Exp
but Currently I am not working from last 9 months due to
recession and some personal issue.
My question is what will happen when my employer send me
for visa processing?
Do I face any Issue?
Will My H1B visa stamped or not?

Hi,
H1B intiated by ur employer rite for some client in us. Now
you can ask your employer to book a slot and ask them to
provide some last 3 months payslips for u. By doing this u
can get stamping easily.

Hi All, I am working for a CMM level 5 company from last 1.4 years. I joined this company with the help of 2years of fake experience certificate.Now,My Present company recommend my name for H1 visa.As per my knowledge they will ask all my previous experience details at the time of visa application. Hi ,while checking my H1 B status online it is showing that case recieved status pending.why is it so.any problem or will it take some time?.
I applied for F1 visa for MS in 2006, but my visa got rejected under 214 b for 6 times due to too many backlogs in Eng and insufficient funds at US Embassy Chennai India. For 1st attempt,I missed the communication.I could not explained the reason for backlogs properly. For next 3 attempts, they rejected based on my backlogs. Because they didn’t asked about my bank statement, CA etc. For last two attempts I convinced with my backlogs as I got good scores in GRE and TOEFL. But they asked about my Loan, Bank statement etc and they are not satisfied with documents. Now I applied for H1B visa for 2010 quota and got approval from USCIS. I am going to attending interview at Mumbai on Dec 02nd 2010. What should I say, If Visa Officer ask about my past refusals?

I have applied for J1 visa 3 years back and it got rejected Reason: No sufficient evidence of coming back(Strange but true). This year my application for H1B is accepted interview will be in sept oct, will the interviewer ask about my J1 refusal?
