Who will change the Bug Status as Deffered?..

Answer / pallavi

sometimes the defects raised by TE may not be accepted by
the developer as the info is not sufficient to decide if
they are defects or not, in this situations such defects are
assigned to the status 'hold' nothing but 'deffered',
indicating, until the info is sufficiently available the
issue is not dealt with.

So, Developers will change the bug status as deffered.
