Long list is there for these test cases.I will try to cover up some test cases:

Phone book Test case:
1) Creating contacts
2) Moving/copying contacts from phone to Sim and vice versa.
3) Delete -> One by one/ All
4) assigning tone/image to particular contact.
5) Creating group
6) adding /deleting members to group.
7) Assigning tone/image to particular contact.
8) For load testing u can try by creating maximum number of contacts and then assigning tone to them.

Still a long List is there.

Sim tool kit Test case:
1) asking for different services.
2) Reciving call while waiting note appears.
3) going to messages jst after applying fr any service.
4) Diff application interaction like reminder, alarm / back ground radio/multimedia with SATK.

A sample test case for sim

sim interacts with mobile or not
sim catches the network signals or not
did sim caontains memory or not
incoming calls and outgoing calls service is activated or
not to the sim card
sim must have call waiting service
sms service is provided or not(receiving and posting)
did the sim have video call option(ex:like 3G sim)
