i completed my 10th class with 85% and my 12th with 80%..my btech % is 65..please anyone tell me what a backlog exactly means...i've failed in 3 subjects in my 2nd year and completed them by writing the supplementary for three times...what does it mean?do i have 3 backlogs or 9 backlogs?

Hi recently I have attend F1 visa interivew and I have been denied a visa In ground of fake employment ..... I could not able to produce empl ID card..howerver I showed visa officer a letter from manager.
