Hi all, my F-1 visa request was rejected two years ago (December 2008) and now I will try for the second and last time on January 7,2011. Previously my brother, who lives in the U.S.A, was my sponsor but this time I'm self sponsored and changed my university. Last time the VO said "You are going to work with your brother" and rejected my visa. So the possible questions for my visa will be as follows and please give me some possible answers. Thank you! Some info about me I'm a Computer Science graduate, I am a Webmaster and I run my own business and I sponsor myself for my Masters in Software Engineering. 1. Why this University? 2. Why did u change your University, (Why not apply to the same University)? 3. Why did you wait two years to re-apply? 4. How will u pay for your second year class? I got less in GRE 810 and ielts 5.5.My accademics are 60.23 with one backlog inter 72.8 ssc 69.5.So what reason should i give for my low gre .Actually i wrote gre exam after my engineering i am 2007 pass out.My english score in s.s.c. is 70 and in inter i got 57 and 64 in english first year and second year and my maths in s.s.c is 75 and in inter i got more than 138.What suitable reason i give if the visa officer ask for low GRE.?

hi,I m Kapila, My F1 visa was rejected on 24th Feb, before that, I was rejected on 10th Dec'10. This time VO ask me question, but I gave answer wrong, so she repeted again, & I corrected my answer.VO'S 2nd question was which course? 3rd question was Why this univ.? 4th question was, Have u referred any other univ.? Actually my problem is, I have apply only one university. So i gave answer, that, no I didn't apply any other univ. this one was the first one & i got the acceptance with the same, After that i explained her that, one of my friend here in India, his husband is studying in this univ., & he also recommennd this univ to me, after that I have serched this univ thro' the net. My visa was rejected. I ask VO, what is the reason 4 my visa denied, he just smile & ans me read it this letter.PLZ ans me what sd I do? shoud I apply again in March or not?

Hi m smaran m applyng for Bridgeport I completed. My btech in 07 after which I works for satyam bpo for 1year n for bank of America for 1year but I scored 54.98% in engg n 930 gre ang 6bands in ielts so do u thnk I vl get the visa.

Hi..I have finished my 12th standard in India..I am going to do my U.G Engineering in Iowa State University , USA I have my I20 form i have good Toefl, SAT scores as asked by that university.. my Visa interview is on 19th.. my question is my Brother is doing his 2nd year masters {mba} in the same university..Should i tell about him or what to tell when the interviewer asks to me..Will i get any trouble if i say my brother is also studying there??? please friends i am waiting for your reply
