it's so simple by seeing second equation will come to know it's just the just multiplication of first equation with 3
2x-y=4 ....1 & 6x-3y=?
you can see here second equation will get by just multiplying by 3 with first equation.
2x-y=4 *3 = 6x-3y= 12 it's the answer.
ans = 12

give any value to first eqn to get 4 and substitute the x and y value to second eqn thats all...have fun the easiest way..
