Difference between test Plan and test strategy?

The Test Plan is the systmatic approch to do the testing of
sofware where as The Test Strategy is the plan for how you
are going to approach testing, plan of action to do the
test. It is part of test planing

The Test Plan is schedule of list of activities like derived conditions, write and execute test cases, evaluate exit criteria as we as closer activities, whereas Test Strategy is how to derived test conditions. Basically Test Plan is what and when to do and Test Strategy is how to do testing.
