Difference between test Plan and test strategy?

The Test Plan is schedule of list of activities like derived conditions, write and execute test cases, evaluate exit criteria as we as closer activities, whereas Test Strategy is how to derived test conditions. Basically Test Plan is what and when to do and Test Strategy is how to do testing.
