first of all if you can get an admission from a university
without those exam scores then you can tell during the visa
interview that the university doesn't require those scores.
Otherwise most of the universities require those standard
exam scores. it is better to have those scores before applying.

i have 12 backlogs in my btech and 18 certificates in total...my question is will the visa officer consider my backlogs or certificates??many told me that u will have a problem if u have too many certificates...will he prefer the final certificate or all these certificates?please do answe r me...i have 85%in 10th and 80% in 12th and 65 in btech...312 gre score and 110 toefl..will he consider me?
