If you appear in GRE or GMAT this will increase your VISA
chances. Whether it is required or not by the university.
But its really puts good impression on the Counselling officer.

hi,I m Kapila, My F1 visa was rejected on 24th Feb, before that, I was rejected on 10th Dec'10. This time VO ask me question, but I gave answer wrong, so she repeted again, & I corrected my answer.VO'S 2nd question was which course? 3rd question was Why this univ.? 4th question was, Have u referred any other univ.? Actually my problem is, I have apply only one university. So i gave answer, that, no I didn't apply any other univ. this one was the first one & i got the acceptance with the same, After that i explained her that, one of my friend here in India, his husband is studying in this univ., & he also recommennd this univ to me, after that I have serched this univ thro' the net. My visa was rejected. I ask VO, what is the reason 4 my visa denied, he just smile & ans me read it this letter.PLZ ans me what sd I do? shoud I apply again in March or not?

I had given my interview on 7th december 2007 n i have been rejected?i don knw why?before i had given so many interviews never got so confused?there was one lady consulate she was not lukin as if in a good mood?she asked me abt who told you about this dowling college in new york i told her that one of my friend in us everybody is saying this was wrong? now i again i am trying but really frustrate that again taht lady shouldn't come? will i get visa second time is it possible?

Hello there, I am an international student. I used to study english in the USA but for some bad issue I had to back to my country. The problem is that I didn't go to my classes for almost month and I didn't pay the rent for 5 months. Now I got admitted to University of Oregon and I am planning to issue a new visa. I got f1 visa rejected in dec'10, at t5hat time i did not mentioned my immediate uncles's name in Ds160 form who lives in US and has a citizenship.Now i am applying 2nd time. Do i have to mention his name although in first interview i told visa officer i do not have immediate relative in US? Is this the reason of my rejection? I am confused!!! please answer!!!!

Hi..i have done B.E in E.C and then worked as QA eng for 9 month.I have no work ex for 8 month as i was preparing for gmat and toefl also planning for further study.I am now going for MBA from Rutgers uni,camden.What i shd say if they asked me why i am not working since last 8 months?My Gmat score is 530/800 and toefl ibt score is 84.What r my chances of getting visa?
