my question is that what i need to say if visa officer asks me why do u opt for us for doing ur ms when u hav many other countries offering ms my visa date is on 15 jun plz reply me as soon as possible
2 6065I am having 6.5 years of experience in IT and presently I am working in a reputed MNC. My company is soon going to apply for L1A for me. The reason I am worried because, the first company where I worked almost 2.7 years sold there business and presently there are no existence of it. Except the appointment as well as release letter from this company I don’t have any other documents like bank statement or form16 (As it was a small company we used to get the payment in cash.). So, in this situation if my present employer asks these documents during verification process I will be in deep trouble. Please advice me what should I do in this situation. Thanks a lot in advance.

I mention another school in UK he was later asked what are the document you submitted to the school to got your admission letter ? I was nervous and mention Bank statement and Academic transcript alone and I was denied the chance. my question now is thus : Is there any records for my last answers ? hi, I going to the US for my masters in spring. Its my dad who is sponsoring me. But he just retired a few months back & hence is no longer paying any IT(income tax).
