My husband is on H1B visa.I have the photocopy of I797 of my husband with me not the original. I am going for the H4 interview so i would like to know if i should carry original I797 document or the photocopy of I797. do they reject me if I dont carry the original of I797?

2 12368Hello guys. I am going to have interview in US Embassy consular in our city. I have applied for MBA Programs in 6 schools and 3 of them accepted me. And now one of them is going to send me an I-20 next week. Currently, even if I am just a senior undergraduate student studying Computer Science, I am also a self employer who works with one of my friend in developing Software and Webpage. To tell you the truth, the reason I wanted to do my MBA is because I am eager to be a business man (just a self employer or latter a business owner). Even if I am just 22 years old, I have got the skills to communicate with people specially one to one in our mother language. So, I have the license from our government which shows I am a business owner. I have also a GPA of 3.4. since, the school didn’t ask me any kind of Tests , I didn’t take TOEFL or GMAT, but I scheduled GMAT for July 13 (which will be after my interview) My graduation date will be in August 5, i.e. I am going to the interview before I finish my class. To add another information, my father works for UN outside our home country, and he got paid a lot that will cover my overall expense. Hey gusy, even if I have all the true evidences I may be a little bit nervous at the interview. And I don’t want to lie any thing, because it will make me much nervous. So, what do you guys recommend me? As I told you I don’t want to lie (even if they asked me whether I have a relatives or not what I will say is yes because I have 2 uncles and 1 aunt there ). Do you guys recommend me to enter the Embassy after I took my GMAT test or when? Please guys tell me what real things to do to get the visa. Even if I am rejected I have a lot of plans here, except I am going to miss/broke up with my girlfriend who lives USA (in the state I applied). Thank you guys.

2556Hello Fellas, I am about to see my interview in few days. My university expense is about 14000$ for one year.Its a 2 year course so that leads to a total to 28000$. For that we have about 1200000Rs in bank account(arnd 26500 $) other then this an investment proof of 2Lacs (4000$)+ 9 Lacs of gold(20000 $)+ 8-9 Lacs(18-20 K$) in my father's pf acct. On income side parents have well over 8 lacs rs((18000$) per year income. On fixed asset site a house worth: 12000000 Rs(250000$)+ a office worth 40000$ first please guide me will it be sufficient? 2500I have been admitted to the MBA program in a US university.I was not asked to appear for the GMAT as they told me that people having Masters or JD can apply without GMAT.(I have both) Now my question is- Will I be asked to show my GMAT score when I go for an F1 interview? Does the letter of invitation have to be addressed to her or the consulate office? Does the letter have to be notarized as I can't see anything about that in the New York office where she will be applying?

I want to marry a girl who I have talked to for about 3 years. I have not met her in person but was thinking about trying to use the fiance visa to bring her to U.S to marry her. I wanted to try prove hardship because it is hard for me to visit her. Would this be difficult to prove and would you have to pay for the fiance visa just like trying to get a visitor's visa?
Hi, i have done a post graduate course i.e MCA and applying for MS in information system at universities in USA. As i have done masters some univ waive my GRE, even though i have given GRE for which my score was low 830. My TOEFL score is 83.I have first class with distinction in graduation and first class in MCA.I have received I-20 from 1 univ, will the GRE score bother me at the time of visa interview?And which Questions would i prepare for before going to the interview?

Hi , My company has initiated for L1 Visa,however i have below concerns. I appeared for B.E final semester Exam in june-2009 and i cleared all subjects and passed in distinction,however since i was from Diploma i had arrears (Mathematics-1) which i cleared in jan-2010,Now my concern is ,I joined a company(present employer) in Nov-2009,but in 8th semester Markcard, university has clearly mentioned that "appeared and passed in 2010 january". As per my 8th sem marks, I have completed degree in 2010 and as per my company I have i have an experience of 2years 7months(since i joined in nov-2009). please advice me how to handle this.
