I am applied 100 % pressure on to the air to open control valve,but the valve is not fully closed..and 10-15% is open the valve. how to calibrate the control valve?

3 4420I have a problem with a valve (air to close). When it is fully closed and try to open 1% it doesn't responce till 3% open suddenly more than 3% then back to 3%. I tried to tune positioner then removed it, the problem still exist. Any idea
3 3944dear sir we have insatlled positioner model no.sipart PS2 make Siemens at our control valves . now problem is if we want to increase the response of valve opening speedy /fast. what parameters do we change for positioner ? any idea. please guide us.
