If client is experiences problem with the report they will
send an email with the problem details.then you can discuss
with client through email or over the phone.

i usually send reports(like here is the link for plays
reports)
we have a call with client (everyday), we will show how it
runs , if he ask changes i mean change prompt or add
another prompt etc...we will add and informing client like
here is the update for plays report
and also if some options are nt working from client side,
we need to check like where the problem is and why......
