Table comprises of rows and columns, columns representing
fields and rows containing the data or records.
View is a imaginay table which contains data at run time.

Tables are stored in all_tables data dictionary
But views are stored in user_views

table contains rows and columns, they are according to one table.
But, in view data joined from multiple tables. view is a virtual table it acts as a select statement. view behaviour is like join.
In representation manner view also contains rows and columns
