i tried this by using static choices property, but i dint
get result... so pls explain in detail steps....

when you create prompt report studio create a separate query
for that prompt. in this query write the filter condition.
It will filter the prompt values in prompt.

hi

Click that particular prompt and go to the Properties
pane , in that select the property Rows Per Page and set
the value that u want e.g. 5000,100000 etc.
