Cut over activity will happen before Golive.
This is the place where the End user stop using Legacy
(existing)system and start using SAP system
Here we upload and update the pending documents and datas
in SAP, for example Account relevent Information, stocks,
pending PO's etc..

its nothing but pre-production activities..there is cutoff
date beiing set to enter the data to sap system frm other
softwares whiich the company was using it before..all the
configuration are done and blueprints are made and all the
thiings and testing also..before goiin live that is
starting sap this is called cutoff date or cutover

Cutover comes under Finalization phaze. In this activity
put some date as cutover it means that the business stop
the all transactions and finalization the trail balance.
after that creation/upload master data as per trail
balance. and after that mapping the Master data to trail
balance items and upload/post the balance to as per.
