Ranking feature was not available in WEBI 6.5 version,So
how can we get ranking in WEBI 6.5 version?

Hi Recently we had a an issue to issue to rank in webi
We have created a new variable and taken all the numeric
value of the measure and applied sort for the new variable.
It was just a workaround

BO Security (creating the restriction sets in Universe and applying on selected groups or users) or Database security (Creating the tables in database insrting the user details in that tables and giving conditions in self restricting joins in Universe )Which Security will improve the performance of the reports and for best practices ? I am thinking BO Security will give the better performance, could you please share your thoughts on this please... Thanks...
What is Custom Sorting? In development environment we had applied custom Order on Month which is having the following list of values September,October,March,August and December only.But in Production environment Month is having all LiSt of Values like 12 MOnths(Jan to Dec).So ,How it will effect the Sorting in production environmentof universe and as well as in reporting????? Hi, Webi report is created using universeA and this report needs to be shifted to UniverseB.So when i am trying to change report to new universeB from edit query properties, the report just hangs at the point of changing source to target.The reports which hangs mainly are the crosstab reports that has large data and many formulas. Any help on this is much appreciated. Thanks
