How to schedule the report twice in a day?..

After publishing the report, go to cognos connection, and
yoou will get the option of scheduling by day or week or
month. Chooose "day" option. In that you will get the
option of setting either by minute or hour or day. Choose
the required option. For ex. you can choose hour option
(every 12 hour) as well as you can set the starting time
