Please give a cooling time of 2 months and then apply for
L-1B interview. Do ensure that you carry all the required
documents this time with proper cover letters from your
company and be confident while responding to the questions
asked by the consulate officer. Also ensure to read your
cover letter and I-129 S form and understand wht is
mentioned as ur current job duties and ur proposed U.S. Job
Duties, so u will be able to answer confidently when the
officer questions you.

If you applied for Blanket L1 and got rejection then after
a period of 3 months cooling period you can apply for
Regular L1. Provided you fit into the eligibility

Advice

My surname is being mispelt in the degree certificate instead of AIYAR it has been mentioned as IYER. Other documents have the name as AIYAR and as per passport also it is AIYAR. Will this create a problem for my L1 visa. I am a Chartered Accountant and name in my CA certificate is AIYAR.

Hi My Company initiated L1B for me.There is a spell change in my certificates,my name is Thejomayi Kalla ,in SSC and passport it appears same.but from intermediate to PG it is like Tejomayi K.Will it be a problem during interview.Please Advice.

Hi My name is Karan, i have been to US on B1 visa and also stayed there for 3 months, now all that my company is decided to send me on L1 Visa, now i have a problem in my education certificates, which i have lost in the transit while shifting or relocating to different places/locations and am not in the position to submit my certificate, even if it is required and i have lost hope on getting my certificates back, and tried all way to get it, now am worried that and just wanna know with my work experience of 12 years, and i have all the supporting documents with related to my work experience. i.e. Right from offer letter to relieving letter and with these documents will i be granted L1 Visa, and someone please let me know what are the verification procedure done to issue an L1 visa, please give me detail. Hi, I do have around 5+ years of experience in IT and my educational qualification is B.Com and 2 years full time diploma in Software Technology. My company is going to process my visa in L blanket, but I believe my educational qualification will not help me to get L1-B, so what are the chance if I apply L1-A rather then L1-B. Please reply. Hi, I am working in TCS, I got an offer from a small company and I applied for B1 visa through tht company and it got rejected 2 months back. So now still im continuing with TCS. Hi I am going to File for L1 visa in a few days, however there is a mismatch in my personal experience. I have a total experience of 5 years and worked in 3 different companies. The first company I worked initially lasted 1.5 years, however, I was fired from there due to low revenue. However they had given me 6 months extra experience in my experience certificate, also I had been provided 3 months salasr when I left. However, I joined my second company in 1 month time. Therefore there was an overlap in my experience, i.e. My first two exeperience certificates show that I worked from Feb 2005 to May 2005 in two different companies. I am not sire if this will create problems while there is BG verification. Please let me know the consequences of this if I apply for L1 visa. Thanks in advance Rahul
