Hi
I am going to File for L1 visa in a few days, however there
is a mismatch in my personal experience. I have a total
experience of 5 years and worked in 3 different companies.
The first company I worked initially lasted 1.5 years,
however, I was fired from there due to low revenue. However
they had given me 6 months extra experience in my experience
certificate, also I had been provided 3 months salasr when I
left. However, I joined my second company in 1 month time.
Therefore there was an overlap in my experience, i.e. My
first two exeperience certificates show that I worked from
Feb 2005 to May 2005 in two different companies.
I am not sire if this will create problems while there is BG
verification. Please let me know the consequences of this if
I apply for L1 visa.

Hi Rahul,
Dont worry over that. You can say that you were working on
a project while you shifted to the other company and so,
assisted your former company till the completion of that
project while working in the second company with their
consent

i have name mismatch in certificates my degree cerificate it is like mmmm nnnnn and in passport it is like mmmmnnnn no space gap will it be a problem

My L1 Blanket petition got rejected stating the Reason - Not clearly approvable. The option that they have selected on the blue form is : Your blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 (I) (ii) (D ) and INA 101 (a) (15) (L). You may not reapply using the same petition, but may reapply as the beneficiary of an approved individual petition. Can someone suggest me what should be my next approach . My H1 visa was filed through US employer in April 2008. After one month (in may 2008), my current employer in India initiated the L1 Blanket visa processing and i got the visa in September 2008. I went to US and worked there on L1 visa for one month and returned to India. In November 2008, i have attended the H1 visa interview as it got picked in lottary. During that interview, visa officer cancelled my L1 visa and put a query on H1. But i failed to submit the required docs by November 2009 as my US employer didn't provide them. Now the same employer in India initiated L1 blaket visa and the interview is schedled in next week. Could anyone share any information that would help me to give my best in the coming interview?? I am having 6.5 years of experience in IT and presently I am working in a reputed MNC. My company is soon going to apply for L1A for me. The reason I am worried because, the first company where I worked almost 2.7 years sold there business and presently there are no existence of it. Except the appointment as well as release letter from this company I don’t have any other documents like bank statement or form16 (As it was a small company we used to get the payment in cash.). So, in this situation if my present employer asks these documents during verification process I will be in deep trouble. Please advice me what should I do in this situation. Thanks a lot in advance.

My Company going to file L1-B next week.i completed my MCM FY in 2005 & due to health problem i was not able attend MCM final exam in 2006 hence i passed the MCM final in 2007 means i did 2 Year PG in 3 Year after that i have 3 year 6 month of IT experience.Do the 1 year passing diffrence in education can cause any issue in Visa. I have my Visa Interview scheduled next week.My problem is that I have only applied to one university because I have made my home work on all the universities that offer my course work and I finally applied to this univeristy and got a admission decision in 2 weeks that I am admitted to the program for fall 2103. My question is that,will there be a problem, if the visa officer asks me what are the other universities that I applied apart form this?
