HI all i have a total work ex of 4 plus years in some of the top IT companies of india. I have a btech in information technology. I was placed from college in 2006. I did my final year in 2006 but because of ill health was unable to give one paper which i gave in session 2007-2008. Now though my degree gives yr of passing as 2008 my total IT experience is 4 plus years. I need to go to US for project related work and my company is getting my L1 blanket visa stamped. Can i get a visa on the above criteria. Please let me know asap. any help would be appreciated

Hi I have joined a reputed MNC in June 2010 and now wants to travel to US for project related work. My company will be processing the L1 Blanket visa for me and under this category are there any restrictions like I have to be in that company for the last 1 year, because my overall tenure with my current company is only 7 Months. Hi, I am from Non-IT background(B.E(EEE)). I have 1 year 10 months experience in the current project as well as my overall IT experience is same. I have attended interview for L1 Blanket at chennai consulate.The below are questions i faced in the interview. 1.What is your role in the project? 2.what is your specialization? 3.how many years of exp in XXX company? 4.what's your client name? 5.How many are there working in US? 6.what kind of application are you going to develop? 7.how many years of exp you have in this project? For all the questions i have answered well.but they rejected my L1 Blanket Visa. Please let me know what might be the reason for rejection? and how long i have to wait for next chance? Is there any way to get L1 visa. Reply please..Thanks in advance.

Hi I am going to File for L1 visa in a few days, however there is a mismatch in my personal experience. I have a total experience of 5 years and worked in 3 different companies. The first company I worked initially lasted 1.5 years, however, I was fired from there due to low revenue. However they had given me 6 months extra experience in my experience certificate, also I had been provided 3 months salasr when I left. However, I joined my second company in 1 month time. Therefore there was an overlap in my experience, i.e. My first two exeperience certificates show that I worked from Feb 2005 to May 2005 in two different companies. I am not sire if this will create problems while there is BG verification. Please let me know the consequences of this if I apply for L1 visa. Thanks in advance Rahul

I have a valid H4 visa which I got last month. But now, I have got an onsite oppurtunity in my current project and my company would initiate L1B individual VISA for me. Will my H4 visa affect my L1B??

My company X is going to file L1 Individual Petition. Can I simultaneously apply for some company in US lets say B and I clear my interview and they apply for my H1 Visa. Will there be a problem in processing L1 Individual by company A as other company B may also start processing my H1 at the same time( as it takes some time to process H1). Please advice what should I do. Let L1 get processed first, then sit in interview of company B...Suggest me what should I do?
