My company X is going to file L1 Individual Petition. Can I
simultaneously apply for some company in US lets say B and I
clear my interview and they apply for my H1 Visa. Will there
be a problem in processing L1 Individual by company A as
other company B may also start processing my H1 at the same
time( as it takes some time to process H1). Please advice
what should I do. Let L1 get processed first, then sit in
interview of company B...Suggest me what should I do?

Hi I am going to File for L1 visa in a few days, however there is a mismatch in my personal experience. I have a total experience of 5 years and worked in 3 different companies. The first company I worked initially lasted 1.5 years, however, I was fired from there due to low revenue. However they had given me 6 months extra experience in my experience certificate, also I had been provided 3 months salasr when I left. However, I joined my second company in 1 month time. Therefore there was an overlap in my experience, i.e. My first two exeperience certificates show that I worked from Feb 2005 to May 2005 in two different companies. I am not sire if this will create problems while there is BG verification. Please let me know the consequences of this if I apply for L1 visa. Thanks in advance Rahul

Hi My Company initiated L1B for me.There is a spell change in my certificates,my name is Thejomayi Kalla ,in SSC and passport it appears same.but from intermediate to PG it is like Tejomayi K.Will it be a problem during interview.Please Advice.

Hi i a mechanical Engineer graduate(non CS/IT) passed in 2007.I have an overall experience of 2 yr and 2 months in an IT Company.I am working since last 1 year in the current project.Am i eligible to apply for L1B blanket(My exp. is less than 3 Years).My manager wants me to travel to TEXAS but my company says it required 3 yrs of exp. for L1B blanket.If i am eligible then what is the chance of getting my VISA approved?? Right now I am working in India. I got an offer from a Company in US and they sponsored for my H1b and my petition was selected in the random selection. The Company A has told me to join them only after getting H1b i.e. in Oct'07. Simultaneously, my current company is filing L1B for me. My current company will be sending me to US as and when L1B comes. I don’t want to let go US Company offer which depends on me getting H1b in Oct. My Question is, papers for H1b is filed in Apr'07 by US Company, if papers for L1b will be filed now, what will happen to my L1B and H1B status? can i ahve both stamped? What will happen to my L1B if they process now.What i meant was that papers of L1B and H1b are being processed at the same year?

i have been rejected for B-1 visa on 13th jan 2009 now my company wants to apply L-1 visa for me . what will be the right time to apply for it ? is there any time limit in this case?

My L1 Blanket petition got rejected stating the Reason - Not clearly approvable. The option that they have selected on the blue form is : Your blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 (I) (ii) (D ) and INA 101 (a) (15) (L). You may not reapply using the same petition, but may reapply as the beneficiary of an approved individual petition. Can someone suggest me what should be my next approach . What type of visa should i reapply for ?
