Central instance on application server contains all seven
process(DVEBMGS) where in dialog process has 5 process we
didn't have Message Server and Enqueue sever.
Message server identifies the least loaded dispatcher.
Enqueue server is used to keep lock on the particular record
while updating the record in database

requested by user. message server check wich application
servers are free and will assign the job to the free AS.

Application server throw all instance connaced,application
server to connected to GUI.

Users are complaining that the SAP system shows a hour glass for a long time at the time of logon and they aren't able to log on to the system and users logged on are complaining of long delays going from t-code to t-code. How can you troubleshoot this problem if you can�t get to SM50 or SM66 or even logon? Why is this?
