I dont know about direct tcode:
You can proceed following way:
Call SE37-->Execute Fn module:SCCR_LOCK_CLIENT.
It will ask for value of client
Enter the client No and Save.

well, Plz provide us all the valid procedure Shy as how do
u b(lock) a client using Tc STMS. plz share ur knowledge in
this regard.
as the other procedures mentioned by santosh and subal are
the popular methods to lock a client. and yes tp lock sys
is a method of locking a client from the o/s level.
