In SUIM, we have option called Change document , use this
option.
You can activate Audit trace for the user by SM19 & display
& analyse the Audit trace details by SM20 to trace user
activities going forward. Plz be noted that it generates
large log files. Advisable to deactivate the Audit trace
profile once the necessity's over.

If you want to trace a user Past modification use SUIM-->
select user by profile --> change documents
else you want that user current or future particular timing
you can trace him using ST01 or ST11
