Dear ,
WCt TDs liable to deduct only on "Actual Amt. of Inv.
excluding any tax" i.e. (100 + 12% vat = 112/- then wct
applicable to 100/- rs. only & not on 112/- ok........

Liability of deduction of WCT is only on the basic value because discharge of liability of tax is only on the basic and not on any type of tax.
