no its not needed since they may waste it or try to use it

Giving money to school kids is not a matter we should not give money for the kids under 5years because they do no how much money they had and how they are using it whether some of them can eaily stole money from them

belive on management, if they r in any problem in
sence,they might be come out of the school, in any
situation, they must have some money to reach home.
