In Version 3 there are 23 processes and 5 functions to
provide values to the targeted customer in the means of
service.
ITIL provides guidelines through following stages for
ensuring uninterrupted IT service:
i) Service Strategy
ii) Service Design
iii) Service Transition
iv) Service Operation
v) Continual Service Improvement
