It is possible. No doubt real account shows debit balance
always. But sale of asset exceeds the value showed in the
Balance Sheet it will result in credit balance It will be
transfered to profit and loss as profit thru sale of asset

never. real a/c is basically an asset a/c. As the value of
an always has a debit balance and it can never turn to
negetive. For eg. we can't have negative cash balance.Real
a/c can never have a credit balance.

real ac is basically a permanent ac which only consists of long term assets and we know that the assets can never have a negative value their value can be depriciated but can never be zero therefore it always has a debit balance
