first you will have to give combined matric leve exam (pre)
CML(mail) exam and than your will call for typing test. and
if you complet the type test in prescribed time you will
selected

if you pass Pre exam the next process is very easy. you
have option to give type test in hindi or english.
it will be better to try for stenographer test also
