determined by Test Lead in Test Plan.Test plan contains
each and every thing i.e what are the feature to be tested
and what are the feature not to be testing..how much the
scope.

first you should buy a tester for test anything even if u
want to check circuit u need a tester its cheap and
available in market.keep the tester in the product if light
glows it is pass or else it is fail so every software
engineer must have a tester in his pocket
