Dear,
One of my close friend is in B2 Visa. Twice she went in B2
and came back to india. First trip to US in June 2008 and
second trip to US in Oct 2008.
Now she applied for F1 Visa and she got her I-20 from the
University of Florida.
Kindly let me know, what are the possible questions from
the immigration and Visa guys?

I will be going for an interview for Spring 2009 Semester within the next two weeks and have a small confusion any idea how to tackle it. My father died about 8 months ago and my mother who was previously a teacher is now a house wife. I have a brother studying and my uncle will be sponsoring me, How can this be justified? As the income (which is currently Property Rent + In house business + Support from my uncle) cannot be justified on paper how can I counter this.?

Dear Sir, For financial assistance can i take sponsorship from US green card holder(Relatives). It's take any nagitive impact for getting F-1 Visa. actually i applied for work study programme. for that university does not ask GRE and Tofel score. Only they ask english profession certificate from graduation. After completion of all aspects i got i-20,In Visa interview any change is there asking about my GRE and Tofel score and how can explain. I passed my 10th ( CBSE ) in 1998 ( 76% marks ).I did a Three Year Engineering Diploma in Computer Science in the period 2002 - 2005 ( 83% marks ).I did National Open School 12th Standard in 2009 - 2010 with Eng,Phy,Chem,Bio,Maths as subjects ( 84% marks ).I have Academic Gap in the period 1998 - 2002 and 2005 - 2009 as I was involved in family run small scale business.Now I plan to do Undergraduate Degree in Business in the U.S.A.I am now 28 years old.Will the Academic Gap affect my chances to get admission ?
hi frnds .my visa got rejected on june 15th.i think it might b due to my less gre score.i scored 810 in gre n 88 in toefl.vo askd me these ques..1.y this university? 2.wht specialization u want to do in ur field? 3.whts ur aggregate in ur graduation? 4.how many backlogs? 5.whts ur gre? i answered all well but she told tht u r not qalified.i didnt askd the reason.again i am applying on july 8th.wht reason i shud give if they ask y u got rejected for the first time and wht reason i shud give for my less gre score.i heard tht many persons got visa who r much less than me in gre score.my aggregate is 62% n only 2 backlogs in graduation tht too cleared in first atempt.plz help me out...

Hello, i am Suraj. I got rejected on my ineterview on december 8th and have again taken the date for 17th.During my interview a guy quarreled with the interview taking person and then the same girl took my interview. My all documents are upto date bank balance is enough,self property is good,watevr she asked i told her fluently but also she rejected telling me that ma income source is not enough. I dont understand why i got rejected. The friends who had taken the interveiw along with me got selected though their family background is more poor than mine. i am afraid i will get rejected again.
