Hi,
You need to first identify what automation tool you are
going to use(in your work). Try to download the tool, the
help files and the manual.
If possible attend a refresher/started course on the topic,
or you can take the help of automation testers already in
the organization.
You need to slowly implement the manual test cases in to
automated mode, using the automation tool, also try to take
up a certification course in the same, if available.

Hi,
when u r already in the manual testing its easy to learn
the automation just its a steps and i think u can ask ur
frnds they can easily tell you.definitely atleast one of
your frnds must know automation.Well most of the companies
recruit manual testers atleast they have a knowledge in
automation.whats your company name?
