Try to change the topology and restart the switch,
with this STP will move the blocking ports to forwarding.

might be the port security enabled on that particular
port,so disable that.

1.port may be blocked due to stp root bridge elction,hence decrease the priority to enable it.
2.port security violation shutdown command may be enabled.juz give cmd no shut.
