Smart Work is Hard work PLUS ‘Direction’.
In other words, Hard work is sincere efforts and activity
with energy and resources without any pre-fixed aim to be
reached with this work. On the other hand, this hard work
becomes Smart work when it is directed to accomplished a
pre-defined end result. Smart work is likely to be more
efficient, effective, productive and hemce more rewarding
than simple hard work.

but hard work is something different in this we try our all
efforts day night work lots of fatigue and high level of
mental stress that's the biggest deal which we have to
reduce ...............
so i think smart work is necessary than hard work....

Let me explain with it a very clear and perfect example...
if i was given with the task of informing 1000 people in an institution .. then instead of intimating to every one i just make the information post in my blog and i attach my URL papers around the populated areas and such that many of may be reached with in less time and less effort. thus i can say i made my work smarter....

Everyone says Do smart work but it depends sometimes we required hard work smartly.
Both work are having own deficiency.Smart work is always not useful sometimes we also have to done the hard work but logically in a right direction.
So Do Both work but after planning.
