first a fall congrates to all of you
this is umesh here.........
though i am new one for all of you but
this blog is not new for me from when i know that
i am qualified for interview i searched a lot for what kind
of questions interviewer will ask? thanks to all of you
for helping by the discussions and various questions which
were very helpful for my interview.
I HAVE QUESTION IN MY MIND AND I HOPE YOU WILL DEFINITELY
HELP ME OUT.I DONE MY POST GRADUATION IN ENGLISH LITERATURE
IN 2007 AND B.ED 2008 MAY. THEN I WENT FOR INTERVIEW
KEEPING IN MIND THAT WITH MY QUALIFICATION I WILL GET JOB
EASILY.
PRINCIPAL ASKED MY NAME AND THEN ASKED ME WHETHER MY
PRIMARY AND SECONDERY EDUCATION HAD COMPLETED IN ENGLISH
MEDIUM AS THE PRINCIPAL KNEW FROM MY NAME THAT I AM
MAHARASHTRIAN. SO I TOLD THAT IN MY MOTHERTONGUE. AND SHE
REJECTED ME BECAUSE SHE WANTS ENGLISH MEDIUM TEACHER WHOSE
EDUCATION WAS COMPLETED IN ENGLISH MEDIUM I EXPLAINED THE
PRINCIPAL THAT IT WILL NOT BECOME ANY KIND OF HINDRANCE OF
OBSTICAL BETWEEN ME AND STUDENTS WHILE TEACHING AS I
COMPLETED MY GRADUATION, POST GRADUATION AND B.ED MEANS 6
YEARS IN ENGLISH MEDIUM, EVEN THE PRINCIPAL REJECTED ME.
AND THIS HAPPENS WITH ME 5 TO 6 TIMES IN ENGLISH MEDIUM
SCHOOL. THEN I DECIDED TURNS TOWARDS THE MARATHI MEDIUM
SCHOOLS BUT THEY OFFERED ME VERY LESS SALARY. LIKE 2500
P.M. THEN I DECIDED TO LEAVE MY FIELD AND I GAVE THIS
CLERICAL EXAM. MY INTERVIEW WAS BEST ACCORDING TO ME AS I
COMPARED MYSELF WITH OTHER 39 CANDIDATES. I HOPE THIS TIME
GOD WILL BLESS ME. SO MY QUESTION IS AM I RIGHT OR WRONG
FOR LEAVING MY FIELD AND JOINING THE BANK SECTOR

everybody is very much botherd about the salary.
it is true that according to the given scale of pay as per
the notification,the salary is less.but,as per the revised
scale of pay in state govt.(kerala), the basic pay of lower
division clerk is around 5250.so, i think the salary of
bank clerk will be much more than that(not sure!).the
salary given as per the notification may be the scale of
pay before the revision.i m working as clerk in state govt.
(5 y) and im earning 9800/-per month now.& even if the
salary is less in bank job, if i got selected in sbi , i
want to quit this job and join sbi.
friends,for me, it's my dream to join sbi.

I dont have a pc at home as i stay away from home(KOLKATA)
