work will complete in a short time. Hard work is the work
to be done with concentration. it means work will complete
in a given time. So every work should need both smart work
and hard work.

innovative ideas which will obviously complete the work far
below the given time frames. Hard work can be compared or
termed as "donkey's work" with no intelligence or
innovative ideas which will be completed by the given time
or on dot.
Basically, smart work is thinking out of box to complete
the given target/work within no time. Hard Work is to slog
the butt out to achieve the target within the time frame.
