System admin might have not given him the right to post a
journal. He might have only given him the right to enter
joournals.

you might have fund check enabled in the journal window once
you check the funds then the post button will be enabled.

Journal Posting might have been excluded in the Responsibilities Menu exclusions. Contact the system admin to remove the menu exclusion.

As Tom mentioned, it is very likely that the responsibility
that you are using does not have the "Posting" function
assigned to it.

We are using flow manufacturing in oracle to manufacte ATO products. The items reserve to the sales order at the time of Work Order-less Completion. After they are reserved, they cannot be transferred from location to location within the FG warehouse as they are reserved and not available for subiventory transfer.
