Peer Review is...a type of review were in a team member or
any person who has the knowlegde about the work you have
done...and who knows the process of review......or what as
a reviewer he need to do...will check the work ...you have
done..and raise....defects/Review Comment/Issues against
the defects he find after review.

by the peer working on same project/lead.
Peer process helps in improving the quality of the product
