Where do you see yourself after 5 Years?..

If you are a fresher, you should look at yourself as a
Manager with capabilities required being built during these
5 year period.You should look at yourself guiding team
members like you and helping them to move forward in the ladder.
You should see yourself as a mentor , coach for others with
your knowledge base that you have gained.
You should see yourself in a very responsible position where
you can contribute an ample amount to the organisation you
work for.

After 5 years i must become the person, whome people like
to recognise and follow. I should develop a new working
environment build by using my practical hand experience by
satisfying the organizational need and the needs of my
subordinated and my peers too.
I must hold some responsible position and prove that i can
handle that with high level of competencies with the
knowledge i gained.
My personal goal should be achieved to encourage the
interest for the work.

body of a large reputed organization taking decisions and
being a part of the strategy making team o the comapny.

i want to be a Good Cost Accountant in India. If any one
hears my name Ramya, then they should easily identifiable
that she is a Good Cost accountant. and in a position that
i can solve all my family problems easily.and i will build
a house for poor children and aged people who dnt have
anything. i will adopt two children for their studies. i
think this is not easy as m thinking but, i will do. may be
it may take more than 5 yrs.

From my perspective every position has a unique type of
learning and development, and as I see this position entails
exactly what I was looking to do. I believe that in the next
five years by working with this firm or your organization I
can easily reach my desired goal which I have sat for myself.
