I have completed my B.E. in Information technology this year.. I m trying for
H1B .. i want to know is it difficult for freshers to get H1B ?how many years
relevant experience is necessary ? If i go to US on dependent visa , can i then
try for H1B ?

Actually NON CS and IT candidates only can get H1B visa easily.

first of all u go to usa on dependent visa..before going
there u wil join in some institute on java or .net.....ctc
technology.then u apply for h1b in the year of 2011.with
fake experience of 2 yeras...k all the best

I applied for H1B through consultant and got H1b VISA Approval. I have received soft copy from my consultant through mail. I haven't received Hard Copy. I have doubt whether the Approval Mail I got from my Consultant is realy belongs to me. How can I Check That?. In The USCIS Site it shows the status alone not the Name? Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it? Hi,My husband is approved for H1B visa and he needed to book for interview on September to go in October. He was once rejected B1 visa on March same year but we lost the paper and do not exactly remeber the reason of rejection but we know that it was because there was no enough ties for him in the UK and they were doubtful about if he would come back or not. If we cannot provide them the right reason, will they reject our visa. We have only got the papers which say that his H1B visa is approved.Please reply. Tina

I've planned to carry the following documents in my H1B interveiw on sep-18th. HDFC receipt, visa Interview letter, I797, I129, Offer Letter, Client agreement doc, all original certificates, all company offer letter and relieving orders, payslip.
