I have completed my B.E. in Information technology this year.. I m trying for
H1B .. i want to know is it difficult for freshers to get H1B ?how many years
relevant experience is necessary ? If i go to US on dependent visa , can i then
try for H1B ?

first of all u go to usa on dependent visa..before going
there u wil join in some institute on java or .net.....ctc
technology.then u apply for h1b in the year of 2011.with
fake experience of 2 yeras...k all the best

Hi, I am working for Company X and Company Y, which I will join after Visa approved has already filed my H1 and I need to take an appointment. Now my Company X is planning for my Visa which could be L or H. What I am afraid of is that if I dont join the Company Y for which I may getthe Visa stamped or "Pending for administrative processing" inwhich they may keep my passport. Hi guys, I worked in USA on OPT from july 07 to july08 for employer A. Same employer A applied for my H1B and got approved with start date of 1 oct 2008. I returned to india within my 60 days F1 grace period in sep 08. In DS156 form should i write i am employed or no?
