Many students haven't returned back to their home country after they finished their degree in USA. How can I believe you will go back?

Last time On 21st July i was rejected bcz of this Q : Why do u Want to go For again bech.....In Real I have completed Bca and I applied For Computer science as a Transfer Student bcz i applied b4 my ty completion and i done WES report of bca fy n sy..so i got merit credit n 3000$ scholarship from SEMO university which is listed in my I20..My consultant suggest me for CS course..bcz i have not given Gmat or gre...I got 5.5 BANDS in IELTS....so wat i have to tell to officer if again Q will arise...How can i convince them?

Is ABSENT a Backlog... I was absent for an exam due to illness but gave it later.My marksheet showed 'ABS' instead of 'F'.Is it regarded as a backlog.

hii....im ravi . i was rejected once in 9th dec 2009 in delhi consulate. Visa officer told me u dnt have enough funds to support ur education in USA . bt had shown 10 lakh of saving and 14 lakh of FD's and 7 lakh of bank loan so total is 31 lakh . and my tution fees is $ 14000 for 1 year and my course is 2 years . im gng 2 NYIT for Mastress in computer Sci . and my profile is like dat GRE 1030, IELTS 6, B.Tech 64% computer sci from india(PTU), National Diploma in COmputing Level-7 (Operation's & Support) from New Zealand. plz help me wt should i do in my second attemp im gng for second ime in 7th Jan 2010 .and also i have increased my bank loan 7 lakh to 15 lakh . and i took sponsership 4m my grand mother also . and wt kind of changes ill be do more ....plz help me guys

i guradated from high-school in 2004, i applied in a college here, but i didn't continue my study, i succesed only in one semster in college here, i quit this month, and i'm applying for F-1 visa,i'm self-sponsor because my father is retired, what would i say if they ask me what were you doing ll this time? and how could you support yourself? hi. i got my student visa rejected twice in the last 15 days.i applied for MBA in US & got all the 5 admits where I applied to. but Visa officer asked simple questions each time n I replied confidently. they said nothing except unability to issue me the visa.n gv me a letter under 214B I dont know y............

I have done my bachelor of pharmacy, secured an aggregate of 72%.my GRE score is 1190,TOEFL score is 87. no backlogs.i have got good interest for higher education and research. got admission into masters and recieved I20 from long island university, brooklyn campus.Going to face the visa interview within a week, are my scores considered low? what are my chances of rejection? what do i say why didnt you prefer India to study?pls let me know.
