ACC. TO HINDU RELIGIOUS ACT, THE KARTA OF HUF IS THE OWNER
OF THAT PROPERTY. I THINK , U UNDERSTAND MY EXAMPLE. IT
MEANS THAT SENIER PERSON WHO HAVE RESPONSIBILITY OF THAT
FAMILY IS THE OWNER OF THAT PROPERTY.
