If the Developers are unable to understand the bug send by
the testers , then how will the Testers convince or explain
the developer.

If the Developers are unable to understand the bug which is
given by testers, It clearly indicates that the the bug
description is not clear, the testers should make sure that
the description should be complete and correct and
understandable by them, Even if its not understandable then
we can also attach the screen shots and request the
Teamlead to arrange a meeting where we can discuss abt the
bug.

if the developer will not understand the bug which is sent
by the tester, he declares the status as testers error. the
tester may ask for the doubt and he prepre a bug report or
defect profile document which includes the test summery
and the result of the tests, where eactly the defect found,
what is the seviority and priority of that defect ...
this can be prepared by the test lead in the reporting
phase of the bug cycle. automatically the developer will
rectify that according to that details . again he raised
the same they have a meeting i think

Tester can make the developer understanding of the bug by
the following ways:
1) Demonstration of the bug
2) Explaining the functionality by showing what the BRS
document said.
3)Explain the real time scenerio by giving suitable example
