im manu frm bangalore....i have been rejected visa twice in
span of two months in the month of may n june 2008...i have
to apply for third time..but im not getting date in normal
slot...please help me out to get the date in normal slot...
fisrt time i was rejected for academics n second time i was
rejected for financial...so how to prepare for the third
time...i require around 18lakhs n i have the loan for
13,68,000 n liquid cash of 9,00,000..but i dont know y they
rejected....i have got 59%in ben 3backlogs gre-890 n toefl-
68 ....please help me out

I think the way u answered to the questions of the
counslate was unsatisfactory.Improve the efficiency in this
area.And how did you know that the reason for rejection is
financial or score ,academic issues?

1st problum u have to keep liguid cash around 2500000 after
that i can have that all loan letter from national bank if
then also u r not getting visa then keep on
trying.regarding date dont take date again in this fall try
in spring.

i dont think liquid cash is ur problem
now a days they are looking at academics and also gre and
toefl. But u try hard u can get it
And also you stay till night 12 and see the dates. becoz
dates will be updated after 12.
some may cancel their dates

sir i got admission at us university in MBA health care managemnt. i donot have toefl scores. even then i got admission from that university(viu). do the visa officer asks me about my scores. toefl and gre scores are not requite to that university. is this a problem at the us consulate. please give me suggestions.

hello sir sir i want to let you know that my application had been not checked at the mumbai embassy they straight away told me that i belong to southern region and i must go to chennai. now, i am planning for chennai embassy will there be any question about why u went to mumbai first as i want to describe in briefly that uptill my intermediate i completed my studies in mumbai and then i came to hyderabad and completed my undergraduation so even my parents stay in mumbai even i have a home over there.my dad is a government employee there so what should i have to say at the interview if they asks me why i first went to mumbai embassy.

To my surprise,my visa interview was too short and shocking. I had 1310 in gre and 109 in toefl. I completed BE in Elect and comm with 75% in 2007 and had been working in a multinational software company since then. i applied for masters in elect and comm in Lamar university with 60% fee waiver.. here goes the interview VO:( took my documents) how many universities??(raising his eyebrow) Me:2 VO: Looking at me with questioning eyes? Me: Lamar university, Texas and Cleveland State University, Ohio. VO: Why did u apply for Cleveland University? Me: This is a good university, i got good reviews about this university from online forums and communities and it was offering me right courses in computer networking along with other courses in Electrical Engineering..... VO: Interrupted... it is not a very high ranking university, how can u say its a good university? Me: Ranking of the university was not my sole criteria... VO: Interrupted... ohh!!! (sarcastically) what was your criteria? Me: I focused on the department and the courses that were being offered.. Moreover, I got good feedback.... VO: Go.. Me: ok. can u give me the reason? VO: next one come.. I don't understand what went wrong?

Me: 3months exp & I underwent a leg surgery ( Actually I am 2007 passed out student & I underwent leg surgery for 2times, which is very rare condition & I had 3month work exp also. But in DS 160 form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery. Visa Officer: she told something Me: I didnt listen to her properly because I was upset & I told Thank you & I left the place with my papers So When can I re-apply for 2nd VI & wat to do with my 3yrs gap after undergraduation Plz suggest me I wanna know & I wanna undergo for the final surgery soon. hi all i had backlogs in my engineering i completed my 4rth year in 2006 but had to wait till 2007 Dec to clear 3 backlogs now i m planning to give my visa interview in march as i got admit from national university California in my memo as i m a grad from jntu Hyderabad it says i finished my eng in dec 2007 so when the visa officer sees my eng certificates she will ask me what were u doing all these days if she realizes that i should have completed my eng in 2006 then what should i answer and also i worked only for 6 months meanwhile
