about ur domain knowledge
lastly ur education qualifications
don't tell about ur family members and their occupations
and ur economic problems unless they ask u.

Well they asked " tell me about yourself",not about ur
experience,so there are several things you can include to
impress the interviwer
First...tell them that you are a hardworker/smart,work well
with a team,like learning different skills,
then tell them that professionlly what you have achieved
which would be your domain experience
and then third point would be your academic qualifications

As there are different builds for every version & any build can release to the client.I m using Excell sheet for Test Case writting. Then Am I write Version No/build No.newly added feature test cases. Because when that build again release for testing I can understand that this build have that feature.
