Cash flow statement is one of the financial tool for cash
management it show cash inflows and outflows of a firm in
the particular period of time.
Cash flow statement may be defined as a statement which
summarises sources of cash flows and uses of cash outflows
in the period.
cash is the basic input need to keep the business operation
for purchase of stock, to pay dividend, to pay salaries etc.

discretion they can prepare it either usting Direct method

duing the accounting period (eg Opearating and Non
operating), and how cash leaves our organisation
investments, Retained earnings and repayment of long term
debt not but not least payment of taxes and dividends.
