Hi,
I have 5 years work experience ( 2yrs in marketing and 3
yrs in BPO-technical support) and have been to California
(currently holding B1 multiple entry visa for 10 years).
Qualification: B.com (Computer's)
Now I am planning to apply H1 visa. Looking for Desktop or
Laptop technician job and hunting for sponsor.
1)Would I be eligible to apply for H1 visa?
2)Will US companies consider my BPO experience?
3)Shall I visit US again then look for the job and then
come back to India then file H1 application?
Please advise?

Hi, I am going to attend H1B interview in the mid of june 2014.I am not apply for H4 dependednt visa. But My spouse is in USA with B1 visa, she will be back shortly. what can i say about my wife if the officer asked any question ( dou you have any immediate realtion in USA .. like)? Kindly help me.

Hi I am Ganapathy, My H1B got approved through my company. I am also planning to apply H4 for my wife & my kids. My problem is that i do not have the marriage certificate, but I got an affidavit done with notary on my marriage. My wife passport also carries my name Will this be sufficient for the interview please suggest
I have done BE in Mechanical and have 2 years 9 months of experience in IT company (completing 3 years in dec). Have been to US on B1 visa March 2010 . Hi, I am working for Company X and Company Y, which I will join after Visa approved has already filed my H1 and I need to take an appointment. Now my Company X is planning for my Visa which could be L or H. What I am afraid of is that if I dont join the Company Y for which I may getthe Visa stamped or "Pending for administrative processing" inwhich they may keep my passport. Please suggest should I hold my visa interview for Company Y or ther willnot be any problem in both cases? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
